This 16” Heavy-Weight Wide Rim Pizza Pan (HATP16) made by American Metalcraft is created to withstand years of use without losing its durability or reliability. Made with a shallow rim, food products and the pizza itself will remain within the pan confines for transportation and baking but, during service, the pizza is easily removable with a server. The pans are made of smooth aluminum, a metal with excellent heat conducting ability that cooks your pizza evenly and consistently.
